Life at Love How DeepWhat a whirlwind month of March we've had! God is growing and stretching the Mayer's. He is teaching us to step out of our comfort zones and giving us new ideas for the different facets of Love How Deep. Is it exhausting or energizing? Can we say, "both!?!" Our latest webinar is in the works! We call it "The Marriage Map Experience" with the focus being creating goals together. Ben Franklin stated, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Don't let that be you! Look for this one to be scheduled soon! The Love & Laughter Date Night was a blessing to so many couples! The evening was filled with a photo booth, delicious Greek food, a fabulous comedian, and teachable moments about communication, priorities, and the enemies of marriage. The final moment was when the couples prayed for each other and what a beautiful sight to see! Laughing, loving, and learning together is an amazing combination. Our prayer is that husbands and wives continue to pray with and for each other, drawing closer to the Lord and each other. Heather had the privilege of speaking to a group of women at the W.E.A.L.T.H. Meeting at Lighthouse Christian Center with Vicki Tyler-Waters. She recounted the toll that abuse, control, and manipulation took on her emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Heather shared how God healed her heart and taught her to trust again. The most amazing part was at the end when the women in attendance shared their hearts, encouraged, and prayed for one another. Vicki has invited Heather back to speak again at the next W.E.A.L.T.H. Meeting. The details are below. She will be talking through more of her life story about "Moving Forward" after traumatic events deepening her understanding in the power of trusting God in the hard times.
